Here are some tips to help you quickly troubleshoot:
- USE "eduroam" to connect if you're in an academic building. If in a residential hall, use "UNCC Wifi."
- DON'T USE "NinerWifi-Guest," it's slower!
- TRY "forgetting the network" if you just changed your password.
