BerryDunn will hold on-site meetings and focus groups with faculty, staff, students and IT staff the weeks of January 29 and February 12. The main goals for the faculty, staff and student meetings are to understand what IT services are needed and to identify areas for improvements. The main goals for the IT staff meetings are to understand what services are provided, identify service improvement opportunities and discover professional development needs.
Here is a detailed schedule for the week of January 29. All colleges and departments that employ IT staff will have specific meetings with BerryDunn. There are also several open sessions for anyone who can’t make their area’s meeting or haven’t had another chance to participate.
BerryDunn is also hosting Open Forms while here: one for faculty, one for staff and one for students. A light lunch is included and everyone is encouraged to attend.
Also, don’t forget to fill out the online survey for Students, Faculty & Staff and IT Staff (they were emailed January 18)! They are due Friday, February 9.
BerryDunn will return the week of February 12 for follow-up meetings with ITS staff and other areas as needed.
