Students: Help for Campus Wi-Fi Issues

You need campus Wi-Fi to get work done. Did you know there are TWO campus Wi-Fi providers? That’s right. Are you selecting the right one? 

If you’re in a residence hall, select “UNCC-wifi”; if you’re anywhere else on campus, select “eduroam.”

“UNCC-wifi” is provided by wireless vendor Korcett. If you have problems, you can contact them at 800-379-3729.

“Eduroam” is provided by ITS and UNC Charlotte. If you have problems, contact the ITS Service Desk at 704-687-5500 or help.uncc.edu. You can also use this FAQ to troubleshoot eduroam Wi-Fi issues. (Note: DO NOT use “NinerWiFi-Guest” unless you’re a campus visitor. The connection is slower and has limitations.)
