BerryDunn Information Gathering Forges Ahead

BerryDunn’s extensive information gathering phase is well underway. IT Assessment key contacts have been identified, comprised of College and departmental leadership who have IT staff. BerryDunn is working closely with these individuals to identify stakeholders and how to best engage faculty, staff and students.

Dr. Carlin met with the Deans last week to review progress and answer questions; additionally, phone interviews and surveys with Deans, department heads and campus IT staff have begun. All faculty, staff and students can expect to receive a survey within the next few days - everyone is encouraged to participate and responses will remain confidential!

BerryDunn will conduct on-site interviews and focus group meetings the weeks of January 29 and February 12. These meetings are being coordinated now.

All of these efforts will play important roles to help BerryDunn gain valuable feedback and everyone’s time is much appreciated. Remember to check the University IT Assessment page regularly for new information and updates!
