Google's File Stream is a new desktop app that lets you quickly access your Google Drive files. Files automatically save to the cloud, not your computer, which means faster syncing and more disc space! It will soon replace Google's current Drive Sync.
Install File Stream
To install File Stream, see this FAQ. (Note: If you currently use Drive Sync, you'll be prompted to remove the Google Drive Sync app. If you are syncing some of your files and folders locally to your hard drive, you will need to reset these options in File Stream.)
