Password Manager Planned Outage & Sponsored Guest Account Request Change

There are two changes that will occur later this month:

Change 1: The Password Manager site will be temporarily unavailable beginning Thursday, July 27, 5 p.m.

The password manager site,, will be temporarily down beginning Thursday, July 27, 5 p.m. through Monday, July 31, 8 a.m. for a system upgrade. ITS will adjust account expiration dates to accommodate customers; however, if you’re receiving notifications to change your password, please go ahead and do so to avoid potential issues.  

Once becomes available again, it will look the same.

Change 2: The Sponsored Guest account request process will be unavailable from Friday, July 21, 5 p.m. through Monday, July 31, 8 a.m and is changing significantly.

  • Sponsored Guest requests can not be accepted between Friday, July 21, 5 p.m. through Monday, July 31, 8 a.m. Requests for sponsored guests arriving on campus during that time frame must be made prior to Friday, July 21, 5 p.m. This is to complete all outstanding requests and prepare for the system upgrade.

  • Beginning Monday, July 31, requests can only be submitted by approved Business Managers or Information Security Liaisons (ISLs).

  • The sponsored guest process is being moved into eforms which will provide enhanced notifications as well as offer additional security.

  • FAQs will be updated to reflect these changes.
