Outlook Email & Calendar Access Ends December 22

Dear Colleagues,

Access to old Outlook email and calendars will officially end December 22 at 9:00 a.m. when the Exchange server (which stores these emails) is shut down. Since intermittent problems with the system continue, we strongly encourage everyone to only use their University Gmail account.

Also, mail.uncc.edu will automatically redirect to gmail.uncc.edu and the Outlook Web App (OWA) in email.uncc.edu. Please note:

  • If you’re using Outlook as an IMAP client to access your University Gmail, ensure your old University Exchange account has been removed, or you will have connection errors.
  • If your old University Exchange account is still on your mobile device, please remove it or you will have connection errors.
