Accessibility Navigation:
Make sure there are no extra spaces after email, server or username.
Check the domain and server settings. The domain should be blank. If you have a "Domain\Username" field, don't include the "\" and enter only your full University email address.
Make sure you are using your full University email address as your Login ID. If you are prompted to enter a Domain, leave it blank.
You must login to NinerMail through 49er Express or Outlook Web App before you can reconfigure your email client on your phone or computer.
If you're having problems with phone setup, first follow these 3 steps (in this order):
