Voicemail

Service Description:     Unity voicemail allows interfaces across desk phones, desktop clients, Internet browsers, and administration clients. Voicemail may be retrieved via Exchange email account, and played via standard client, mobile devices, and web interfaces.

Cost:     Monthly Charge

Availability:    This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of upgrades, maintenance, and scheduled outages. Outages are posted in ITS Alerts.
