TeamViewer is a computer software package used for remote control, desktop sharing, and file transfer between computers. TeamViewer operates with the Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X and Linux operating systems. TeamViewer allows remote control of any desktop on the Internet anywhere for online problem solving assistance.

You will be ask to download and run the TeamViewer customer module, QuickSupport.
This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of upgrades, maintenance, and scheduled outages. Outages are posted in ITS System Status.
An ITS technician may recommend initiation of a TeamViewer session when investigating a support issue. The technician and client must run a small application in order to establish the connection.
