TeamViewer operates with the Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X and Linux operating systems. TeamViewer allows remote control of any desktop on the Internet anywhere for online problem solving assistance.

Requirements: 
You will be ask to download and run the TeamViewer customer module, QuickSupport.
Availability: 
This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of upgrades, maintenance, and scheduled outages. Outages are posted in ITS System Status.
Getting Started: 
An ITS technician may recommend initiation of a TeamViewer session when investigating a support issue. The technician and client must run a small application in order to establish the connection.
