Service Description:     SkillPort, a Web-based online training tool, offers business and technical skills training to all UNC Charlotte faculty, staff and students. SkillPort courses are downloadable or available online. SkillPort also includes Books24x7 with a wide selection of online books. Over 5000 courses are available, including courses on Consulting, Customer Service, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Leadership, Management, Project Management, Information Technology, Team Building, and Personal Development. Many of these courses qualify as prerequisite education for professional certification exams or can be used to maintain professional certifications.

Cost:     Funding for this service is managed by ITS.

Requirements:    Login required using your NinerNET credentials.

Availability:    This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of upgrades, maintenance, and scheduled outages. Outages are posted in ITS Alerts.
