Service Description: 
Remote File Access is a service provided through a tool called MyFiles that enables faculty, staff and students to access files on their University provided home drive (H:\ drive) or shared (J:\ or S:\) drives from a remote computer such as a personal computer (at home or via wireless connectivity on campus).

Requirements: 
Login required using your NinerNET credentials.
Availability: 
This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of upgrades, maintenance, and scheduled outages. Outages are posted in ITS Alerts.
Getting Started: 
Automatically created upon establishment of a relationship with the university; for Faculty/Staff accounts are triggered by Human Resources; Student accounts are triggered by Admissions Office.

Remote File Access support is available during normal work hours Monday through Friday. Customers request general assistance or report problems with this service by following the links below.
