Service Description: Remote File Access is a service provided through a tool called MyFiles that enables faculty, staff and students to access files on their University provided home drive (H:\ drive) or shared (J:\ or S:\) drives from a remote computer such as a personal computer (at home or via wireless connectivity on campus).

Cost: Funding for this service is managed by ITS.
Requirements: Login required using your NinerNET credentials.
Availability: This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of upgrades, maintenance, and scheduled outages. Outages are posted in ITS Alerts.
Getting Started: Automatically created upon establishment of a relationship with the university; for Faculty/Staff accounts are triggered by Human Resources; Student accounts are triggered by Admissions Office.Faculty Staff Remote File Access
