The University Remote Application Access service allows faculty, staff and students to securely access virtual desktop and applications from most Internet connected devices using Citrix Xen-App. This service is provided using the Virtual Private Network (VPN) technology which encrypts and secures data transmissions between your computer and the University network. Citrix can be used from an off-campus location over the public Internet or on-campus via the University wired and wireless network.

Cost: Funding for this service is managed by ITS.
Availability: This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of upgrades, maintenance, and scheduled outages. Outages are posted in ITS Alerts.
