Service Description: Telecom Services provides telecommunications service to the UNC Charlotte community. Communication services are provided by a digital switching system, using the latest digital and fiber optic technology and are tailored to meet the needs of the campus community.

Requirements: College or Department Budget Fund number must be provided for monthly billing purposes.
Availability: This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of upgrades, maintenance, and scheduled outages. Outages are posted in ITS Alerts.
