NinerWiFi-Secure
Service Description: NinerWiFi-Secure provides secure wireless access for UNC Charlotte faculty, staff and students by using your NinerNet username and password. UNC Charlotte uses a 3rd party configuration utility provided by Cloudpath Networks, XpressConnect, to automatically configure devices to connect to NinerWiFi-Secure.

Requirements: In order to access the wireless network while on campus you will need a computer, tablet, or mobile phone with WiFi capabilities and a web browser that supports 128-bit encryption. All connections are secured using dynamic session-based CCMP-AES-128 encryption keys and a valid NinerNet username and password is required to access the network.
Availability: This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of upgrades, maintenance, and scheduled outages. Outages are posted in ITS Alerts.
