License Key Server
Service Description: License Key server, for software licensing, is a centralized computer software system which provides tokens, or keys, to client computers in order to enable licensed software to run on them. The license key server determines and controls the number of copies of a software program permitted to be used based on the license entitlements that an organization owns. The License Key servers use Sassafras Softwares KeyServer software license management tool.

Availability: This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of upgrades, maintenance, and scheduled outages. Outages are posted in ITS Alerts.
Getting Started: A small client (key access) is installed on the user's computer along with the software application purchased.
