Service Description: 
Faculty, staff and students can get assistance with supported software and hardware and other ITS technology services. For technical assistance, click the links below for contact information.
Mission Critical: 
Funding for this service is managed by ITS.
Faculty and staff can receive phone assistance Monday - Friday 7:30AM to 6:30PM. Students can visit the walk-up desk in Atkins 140C or receive phone assistance Monday - Thursday 8AM - 11PM, Friday 8AM - 5PM, Saturday Noon - 5PM, Sunday Noon - 8PM (except University holidays).
