Service Description: Google Apps is a service from Google that provides a suite of communication and collaboration tools used to create wikis, websites, and a variety of shared documents. It features several Web applications with similar functionality to traditional office productivity suites.

Availability: This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of upgrades, maintenance, and scheduled outages. Outages are posted in ITS Alerts.
