Service Description: Microsoft Exchange is the enterprise-level email system for faculty and staff. Email and Calendar Services allow access to email, calendar, and contact lists in a single web interface that enables easy sharing of information between these services. Mobile devices and commonly-used desktop applications such as Microsoft Outlook or Apple OS X Mail, Address Book and Calendar can be configured to work with the servers that host the university Email Calendar services. Outlook Web Access (OWA) is the web service component of Microsoft Exchange. OWA provides users access to email, calendars, contacts, tasks, and other mailbox content when access to the Outlook desktop application is unavailable.

Availability: This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of upgrades, maintenance, and scheduled outages. Outages are posted in ITS Alerts.
