Requirements: 
Purchase of a BlackBerry Enterprise Server License is required.
Availability: 
This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of upgrades, maintenance, and scheduled outages. Outages are posted in ITS Alerts.
Getting Started: 
Service starts after purchasing the BlackBerry Enterprise Server License and following the set up instructions.
