Service Description:     Middleware software/service which connects to Microsoft Exchange, allowing email forwarding to hand held devices.

Cost:     Funding for this service is managed by ITS.

Requirements:    Purchase of a BlackBerry Enterprise Server License is required.

Availability:    This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of upgrades, maintenance, and scheduled outages. Outages are posted in ITS Alerts.
