Service Description:     ITS provides consistent, reliable desktop computing services using standardized hardware and software components from major vendors. Services include hardware and software support as well as lifecycle management.

Mission Critical:    No

Cost:     Funding for this service is managed by ITS.

Requirements:    University owned desktop and laptops.

Availability:    This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of upgrades, maintenance, and scheduled outages. Outages are posted in ITS Alerts.
