Service Description:
All University managed computers are licensed for Microsoft Office; other software programs can be purchased by departments as needed. Some software applications are available for home use.
Mission Critical: No
Cost: Funding for this service is managed by ITS.
Availability: This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of upgrades, maintenance, and scheduled outages. Outages are posted in ITS Alerts.
