Call Center

Service Description: 
Call Center services are provided to University departments that receive a large volume of requests by telephone. Call Center inbound calls can be quickly routed to appropriate University department or personnel to minimize hold times for callers.
Mission Critical: 
Funding for this service is managed by ITS.
This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of upgrades, maintenance, and scheduled outages. Outages are posted in ITS System Status.
Getting Started: 
Call Center services may be established for University departments upon request.
