The Exchange server that housed UNC Charlotte's old Outlook Email and Calendar system will retire tomorrow, Dec. 22, at 9:00 a.m.

If you use Outlook IMAP client to access your current Gmail account, it will still work. However, you may have connection errors if the old UNC Charlotte Exchange account is still showing in your desktop or mobile settings. To remove it, please see these two FAQs: Desktop...

49er Express will now fully retire Thursday, November 12 at 5:30am, in lieu of November 16, as some functionalities are ending sooner than anticipated. Of note, newly enrolled students now need to use My UNC Charlotte ( to access their student information, instead of 49er Express. The corresponding image shows a message to new students has been added to the 49er Express landing page.
