Scholarship Award Application

Campus Labs Course Evaluations Maintenance

Description: Updates to the web-based course evaluation system are now complete. Due to an unanticipated issue requiring developer intervention, some instructors were unable to access their results beyond the scheduled maintenance window. Full functionality was restored for all clients by 10:00am.

Campus Labs has scheduled a maintenance window from 4:00am to 6:00am on Friday, May 24. Faculty will not be able to access the results of their web-based course evaluations during this time.

Authentication Errors

Description: Some clients may be receiving authentication errors preventing access to some services. ITS is aware and are working to resolve this issue.

Users Unable to login to Report Central / Report Express / WebFOCUS

Description: The issue has been resolved.

Users were unable to login to Report Central, Report Express, WebFOCUS or ReportCaster for a duration of approximately 5 minutes ( 9:30am - 9:30am ).
After a Trace determined that the cause of the issue was WebFOCUS Managed Reporting Authorization Security and not Active Directory Authentication, the Apache Tomcat 6 Server was restarted and the problem was resolved.

ImageNow and WebNow Applications
Date: 5/17/2013
Description: The ImageNow production servers are now available, maintenance is completed. If you have any issues with logging into the application, please restart your machines to resolve any caching issues. Thanks for your patience in this matter.

The ImageNow production servers will be unavailable from 6 AM - 7 AM on Friday, 5/17/2013 for scheduled Server Admin maintenance.

Once notified that maintenance is completed, WebNow users should clear their cache and open a new browser to access the application.

NinerMail Access Issues

Some students are reporting that they are receiving a "Service Is Unavailable" message when trying to login to their NinerMail accounts.

This is an issue on Microsoft's side that they are aware of and working to resolve.

NinerMail Icon Link in 49er Express

Description: The NinerMail icon in 49er Express is now processing single sign-on logins normally.

Students are reporting that they are being redirected to an Outlook.com log in screen after a short period of time when they click on the NinerMail icon link in 49er Express.

Students are able to log in successfully by logging into Outlook.com directly.

ITS is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it.
