ITS has received reports that some client's are unable to access the ListServ website, https://listserv.uncc.edu.

49er Express Outage between 7:00am and 9:00am on Saturday July 19th, 2014
Date: 7/19/2014
Description: The patches to 49er Express servers have been applied and services are now operational and ready for use as of 7:50 AM on Saturday July 19th, 2014.

49er Express will be unavailable between 7:00am and 9:00am on Saturday July 19th, 2014 in order to apply OS patches. Users will be directed to https://itservices.uncc.edu/49erexpress-direct during the outage to provide direct links to services.

Services: 49er Express and Single Sign-On to the following services: Moodle, Self-Service Banner, NinerMail (for students), and Outlook Web Access (for faculty/staff).

ImageNow Outage
Date: 7/11/2014
Description: The Server and Storage Services team will be performing maintenance and rebooting the ImageNow server on July 11th from 5:30pm - 8:30pm. During that time, ImageNow will be unavailable. Thanks for your patience in this matter.

ESRI ARCGIS and Maplesoft Maple license servers

An upgrade required for the AutoDesk license server is causing the ArcGIS and Maple license servers to not start.

Description: As of July 1st, the Microsoft Home Use Program is unavailable. The Client Services team is currently working with Microsoft to address the issue.

Description: ITS has restarted 49er Express services to resolve the error.
